Step 1: Contact us for a free consultation appointment and a site survey of your small business IT infrastructure.

 

Step 2: While at your business site, we will gather your IT needs and collect data in order to provide a customized Managed Service Provider Service Level Agreement (available in 3 tiered packages).  

 

Step 3: Once the Service Level Agreement has been signed, we will begin taking proper steps to meet the proactive IT requirements each month.

 

 

 

Our goal: To provide an extraordinary customer experience and deliver comprehensive Managed IT Services, including Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) of your computer systems, software patch management (Windows/Antivirus updates), Cybersecurity (Endpoint Detection and Response/Identity Threat Detection and Response/Security Awareness Training), and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR), ensuring your systems are secure, reliable, has redundancy measures in place and built to scale.
