How ScaleIT Works - Small Business

Step 1: Contact us for a free consultation appointment and a site survey of your small business.

 

Step 2: While at your business site, we will gather your IT needs and collect data in order to form a recommendations list.  

 

Step 3: We will consolidate and send a recommendations list that contains equipment required, their purpose, quantities and prices of each. 

 

Step 4: Once the recommendations list (or an updated version) is approved, we will submit equipment orders (if applicable) and schedule a date(s) to setup, install, configure and complete the IT infrastructure project.

 

Step 5: We can provide training (if applicable) and perform a synchronization meeting with your business post installation.

 

Step 6: We will provide the invoice via email with payment NLT 30 days of invoice email submission date.
